The DC Lash Bar Apprentice Program
Our Story
At DC Lash Bar, our journey began in 2016 as one of Washington D.C.’s first lash-only studios, and we quickly discovered how inconsistent industry training could be. Finding skilled, consistent artists who met our standards for quality and care was one of our biggest challenges. Rather than compromise, we decided to create something better.
Why We Built It
We built our in-house Apprentice Program to close the gap between beauty school and real-world excellence. Our goal is to give rising professionals the structure, mentorship, and repetition needed to grow faster while preserving the high standards our brand is known for. Every DC Lash Bar artist, no matter their background, learns to deliver consistent, beautiful results that reflect our legacy of precision, artistry, and care.
